The annual sports meet of Southlands College was held on 14th February 2017, at 1.00 pm at the International cricket stadium. The chief guest was Mr Sunil Jayaweera, Special Advisor (Sports & Physical Education), Ministry
of education and The special guest was Mr R.M.Krishan Duminda, Assistant Director of Education(sports), Department of Education-Southern province.
The students enjoyed the sports meet with a lot of enthusiasm. The results for the year 2017 is as follows.
1st place: Wisman
2nd place: Hellier
3rd place: Hunter
4th place: Westlake
